If you are using the Stretch Loop TM for the first time and are not confident that you can do it standing up, you can use a mat as an option.
After using the Stretch Loop for awhile, you can attempt to use it standing up. Just start slowly, take your time and follow the instructions. Drop us a line @ mtcreates@bellsouth.net if you have any questions.
